The Wahroonga Village Fair is back in 2022, on Sunday 4 December. This is a wonderful community event for the Upper North Shore and will feature lots of market stalls (perfect for Christmas shopping), food vendors, and plenty of entertainment with bands, dancing, singing and more. Here’s what you can expect on the day!
In 2022, the Rotary Club of Wahroonga are proud to be the new operators for the Wahroonga Village Fair, which has been an integral part of the community for more than 30 years and is one of the biggest, oldest fairs on the North Shore. It’s back again on the first Sunday of the month, Sunday 4 December 2022, bringing with it plenty of community spirit with local schools and groups coming together to entertain throughout the day.
The Wahroonga Village Fair hasn’t been on since 2018! It was cancelled in 2019 due to the bushfires, and then in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid restrictions.

Live Entertainment at Wahroonga Village Fair
Throughout the day, various local groups will be performing on the stage in the carpark. Join local choirs, Bollywood, Irish and other dance groups, an Acapella group, great shows and plenty more.
Plus, there will be face painting for the kids, and even a chance to get a photo with Santa himself!
Novella Fine Books cards and Gifts store will also have author Peter FitzSimons AM coming to sign copies of his latest book The Battle of Long Tan.
Dig into some local delicacies
Who doesn’t love chip on a stick!
There will be plenty of food stalls for you to feast the day away with delicious pancakes, potato twists, Tapas, dumplings or something traditional like Gozleme.
Finish off with ice cream, chocolate churros or other delicious desserts. Pop into Bonjour Patisserie for a pie or another yummy pastry!

The Wahroonga Village Fair also presents the perfect opportunity for you to get some Christmas gift shopping done for friends and family. You’ll find everything from glassware and vintage line to snowglobes, soaps, cheese boards, artworks, plants toys and much more.
Most of the shops around the area will also be open in the day, so you can pop in and grab what you need.

- Bursaries for St. Lucy’s and St. Edmunds schools to help students
